Lulu Tan(谭露露): Executive Director---Founder
Lulu has dedicated nearly ten years to environmental education in China. She is one of the initiators and organizers of Earth Hour China, an public climate change education events that influenced millions of people and over 33 city governments in China. Her researches cover the field of climate change education, nature education, conservation psychology, NGO development and international cooperation. She currently serves as the Education Program Manager for International Fund for China's Environment. Prior to that, she worked with World Wildlife Fund (WWF).

Matt Friedirck: Coordinator, NC, U.S. Schools
Matt is the Director of K-12 Education Program at the Center for International Understanding, University of North Carolina. In his role at the Center, he oversees global education programs for school, district, and state-level educators, all with the goal of building global, 21st Century skills for North Carolina students. These programs include international school-to-school partnership programs, educator professional development programs abroad, and innovative foreign language programs. He directs the Center's Confucius Classrooms Initiative, a five-year initiative to build 45 new Chinese language and partnership programs in North Carolina schools.

Pat Curley: Program coordinator
Pat is the teacher coach at Onslow County Schools, NC. He is a certificated Environmental Education teacher and has many years of environmental education experiences. He's helping with the first EE school-to-school partnerships of U.S.-China Enviroment Education Partnerships between NC, U.S. and Hunan Province, China.

Jinlan Yang(杨金兰): Director, EE Curriculum Design
Coordinator, Southwest Region Program, China
Jinlan was the professional educator in Lijiang, China. She had 7 years teaching experience, and taught over 600 students. Her passionate and succinct teaching style always gained the students’ love and respect. She was honored as the “Excellent Educator” many times in the college she served. Her research includes Environmental Education, Biology Conservation, Ecotourism, Ecology, etc. She cooperated with the NGOs, government and other local organizations to finish many programs for promoting Lijiang’s environmental education development and biodiversity conversation. Now, as a graduate student in Antioch New England, she is writing the first local environment education book/curriculum for Lijiang.
Shurong Tian(田书荣): Coordinator, Hunan Province Program, China
As a senior engineer of forestry, Shurong Tian has served for Forestry Bureau and National Nature Reserve in different positions which include field survey of natural resource and co-management with communities for more than 18 years. His area of interest lies in the conflict between the natural resource conservation and local community development. After graduation from Environmental Science and Policy program in Clark University, he devotes to participatory biodiversity conservation and collaborative forest management in regional level. Being responsible for the scientific research and environmental education of the nature reserve, he is promoting the cooperation among nature reserve administration, local communities, students from local schools and some universities. Also, he is serving as a consultant for GEF project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region currently.
Kailin Luo(罗开林): Coordinator, Guizhou Province Program, China
Kailin is a graduate student in Environmental Education program at Antioch Unversity New England. He is also the Environmental Education project officer in the Environmental Education department of Guizhou Provincial Environmental Agency, China. His responsibilities include initiating, implementing, and evaluating EE programs, which aim to improve environmental literacy for local governments, industrial enterprises, communities, schools, and the public, alleviate poverty in rural areas and protect diverse ethnic people’s culture. He also once worked as an environmental journalist more than 3 years for China environmental Daily, Guizhou Daily, Guizhou provincial TV
